Hi, Is there anyone out there who is either from New Bedford, or knows New Bedford well? I was wondering if anyone knows what kind of a neighborhood Tinkham St. in New Bedford is? Someone I'm very close to is considering a move there. Any and all response's will be greatly appreciated.
