Does any one know if you can be fined for not shoveling your grass sidewalk after a snowstorm? I am a law abiding citizen, and do not like to take chances when it comes to fines. If I were to shovel, I would be scraping up the grass. Then I would have only dirt sidewalks! We do cut the grass on them in the spring, summer and fall. Is there anyone out there who can answer my question? ;)
