Key West man charged with nude swimming

KEY WEST - A Key West man has been arrested for swimming in the nude near a beach, authorities said.
Claude Bazo, 30, was charged with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure Monday after a Monroe County employee at Higgs Beach complained to deputies shortly before noon. The worker was concerned because there were families with children present.
Sheriff's deputies found Bazo swimming about 20 yards offshore.
Bazo tried to swim away from a deputy who yelled at him, but he eventually was caught by a member of the Sheriff's Office Marine Unit, authorities said.
