You? Yor wife? Are you paying a bookeeper? Worse yet are you paying a large payroll company like ADP or Paychex to do it for you? Most of the payroll companys charge $35 - $75 per week for a small business. And than hundreds of dollars for the quarterly reports, tax filings, and 1099's. It's a lot of money for a small business. And if your doing it yourself, or your employee is, it still takes quite a bit of time and that costs the company money.

How about getting your entire payroll done in about 1/2 hour per week, for $43 per month? Not per week, per month. And that includes the tax filings. Check out this site:
Paycycle.com (https://www.paycycle.com/external/home.jsp)

This company is absolutely great. It takes you about an hour to setup your payroll account. Each week you just enter the hour totals, Paycycle calculates and records all deductions, taxes, state, federal, SS, everything. Next you just print the payroll checks on your laser printer and your done. The reports for your taxes print and you pay the returns online.

You do it whenever you want, not when the payroll company say's they have to have it. Employee lost a check or 1099? You just go online and print another... for free.(your payroll company charges at least $50)!

Check them out. I don't get a single dime for recommending this company. They are just too good not to mention them.

P.S. DO NOT buy your business checks from the bank, NEBS, or Staples. See the post on this forum labeled "Where to buy business checks"
