I think u need an area dedicated to this ! So here it is.

Recently noticed that there were 37 (more or less) active forclosures
Thats (@ least 37 families probably many many more in trouble)!

I am finding that good tenents are hard 2 find and harder to keep!

The gov't (not u Fall River) is about 2- 3 monthe behind the cycle
and not moving quickly enuf. Thats another forum!

Does anyone know of any programs to help the owner?

Seeing as i may become 1 of them in the near future,

Forclosure that is !!! (or previous owner).

I take it you own rental property. Tell me... why is it difficult to keep good tenants? Are they leaving because it's a good time to buy right now? Or because there are lower rents out there? I doubt your going to find many programs to help landlords. Did you buy your property at it's "high" ? The property that you are having problems with, is it your residence, or just rental? I've talked to others in the apt. rental business and at least 2 I know are considering throwing the property back at the lender if they just can't make it work. At some point your just pissing in the wind, and you have to move on. Best of luck !

Yeah a 5 family (rental) and u cant keep tenants for both reasons,
moving up (nice) and cheaper rents (also nice).
Also, its what i can tell you is what i call it the hit n run's, I need money 2 pay mortgage
so i try to help people but then I get stuck when they RUN!
cuz they cant afford it and lose 2-3 monthe income. try that twice a year
and cleanup up each mess afterwood $$$$$

Thanks 4 the interest im fine, but see other people hurting, hurts us all !
