are you looking for work, or a job with a company? like if a FR homeowner was looking for someone to do small odd jobs, plumbing issues, carpentry, maybe some electrical, for his 2 or 3 houses would that interest you? would you charge by the job, or do you have an hourly rate?

well it could work either way the best way is to look at the jobs.if they are consistant and they have a lot of work for me i would be willing to give them an hourly price depending on what needs to be done.if there is only a little bit of work the only way to be fair to both parties is to set a price by the job if both agree.but my ultimate goal someday is to close my business and go to work for someone who offers good benefits.thank you for asking if you or someone you know is interested in my services give me a shout.
