The Fall River Herald is in the process of creating a new site called MadeInFallRiver.com (http://www.madeinfallriver.com/)
It appears to be in development now. Since newspaper subscriptions are so far down, and more people are reading the paper online, it makes sense that the papers need to ad more sites in which to sell advertising.
