This appeared in the Sterile News in March...Lisa Stattan, the one Shamrock says may be "the worst editor in the world," wrote this big deal about the "hunger commission" and "year round effort."
So, wat is the 'commission doing? Where's they year round effort?

The Herald News is partnering with Mayor Robert Correia and the city of Fall River to help meet the rising need with "March for Food." Throughout the month of March we値l keep the spotlight on hunger. We致e secured the assistance of local supermarkets to conduct food drives at their locations. We値l be challenging local service clubs and businesses to compete with one another to see which of them can bring in the most food. We will be soliciting our high school students to lend a hand with food drives, and city employees will be helping with collections and deliveries. And, we値l be convening a local hunger commission to address the ongoing need in the community and to ensure that the focus on hunger is not limited to a once-a-year effort.

Although I am prone to agree with the sentiment, I don't think I actually said that - I believe it was an astute anonymous commenter on my blog.

So, where is the "year round effort?" Has the "hunger commission" ever met?
