This man is cleaning up downtown one building at a time. We should support his efforts by trying to do business with the companies that occupy his buildings. See the list below.
Anthony Cordeiro has added another building to his collection.

Cordeiro bought the Trolley Square Building, 30 Third St., across the street from the Main Post Office.
Corderio said he expects to inject another $600,000 into renovations of the building.
“The total investment will be $2 million when all is said and done,” he said.
“We’ll solicit law offices because of the proximity to the new courthouse,” he explained.
“It’s a beautiful building and there’s a lot of history in that building,” he said of his latest acquisition.
“This is another initiative in the city, bringing another old building back to life to make part of the new downtown I’ve been trying to create the last 12 years,” he said.
He now owns 16 buildings. 12 of them commercial buildings, including the Melcor and Merrill buildings, Millenium BCP Bank, the Kay and Lizzie buildings, and Cordeiro’s Insurance.
(p.s. I've never met Mr. Cordeiro, and I don't get a dime for expressing my opinion here. I do it for the good of the community)
