I am an owner of a 3 family. Even though I live at the property, I am very interested in finding out about using a professional property manager to collect my rents and deal with the tenants inquiries/problems. Does anyone here know about this ???
What is the going rate for these sorts of services???
I am sick and tired of chasing tenants for rent and it would be worth the peace of mind to hire someone else to do it if its affordable.
