Looking to adopt

This past Sunday February 24, 08 my best pal Ms. Samantha was hit by a passing vehicle and did not survive the trauma. She was adopted in 2001 locally at Forever Paws here in the city.
She was a shih tzu (carmel in color) and had all the mannerisms you'd expect from a little dog with a big heart.
If anyone knows of or has a friend who knows of one for adoption please let me know.
I'm NOT looking to adopt just any animal...I'd like to meet with the pet and it's current owner to be sure it is a good loving, healthy fit first. Thank you to anyone who has ever owned a faithful friend.

very sorry to hear about your friend..I myself lost a min pin in 06...and I still think of him all the time,I don't know if he was stolen,killed or just plain lost...it does get easier to think of the happy things over time rather than the horrible thing that takes them away.keep your head up..you'll find another little friend who'll help you remember the good times!
